Mummy shape: this is the most commonly used sleeping bag for hiking. It follows the shape of the body by being wider at the shoulders and narrower at the feet to allow the air to be as warm as possible.

Equipped with a hood, it keeps the heat in perfectly, knowing that 30% of the body's heat loss is through the head.
